Hi there! I am Kimberly, and I am thrilled that you have dropped by to visit! Grab yourself a cozy seat, a cup of coffee, and as we say in the south, "let's visit a spell..."

I am a believer, and I am so thankful that Jesus Christ loved me so much that He died on a cross for me!

I grew up in East Tennessee in a small town with a population of about 4,000 people. My daddy was/is a coal miner and my mom has always been an entrepreneur. My life growing up was the typical small-town life. Everyone knew everyone, and you didn't get away with anything because momma always knew before you got home. I love small towns, and the more I have traveled the country, the more I've come to realize that small town life is where I want to live and raise my family!

I married my high-school sweetheart and together we have 3 children... (a girl, a boy, & a special baby that has the joy of living with Jesus that we will get to meet someday). I'll tell you that story sometime. Our marriage has never been picture perfect. We've shared many joys together and weathered a few storms over the years. We like to say that we are making imperfect progress.

I'm currently a stay-at-home mom/work from home mom, and it is the hardest, yet most rewarding job I've ever had! I get paid in giggles, hugs, and slobbery kisses. I fondly joke that I'd gladly go back to my old job at the hospital for a day so I could have a mini-vacation. I love being with my kiddos, and as much as I'd love to say I am teaching them, they are the ones teaching me so much about life!

When I have spare time, I like to spend it reading books, sewing, planning, organizing, or having friends over!
