Pinwheel Sandwhiches
This is one of my favorite appetizers to make, and is sure to be a hit at your next event!
I hadn't made this recipe in YEARS, but in June I made them for a girl's night and they were a hit! I forgot how good they were, and have made them several times since. <3 My family can't get enough of them, and they are the perfect for a light lunch or a quick snack!
This recipe was first shared with me by my friend, Amelia, from church in 2010. She used to own a catering business and brought these to a church function once. Oh my word! They are so good!
INGREDIENTS
1 block cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 packet of ranch dip mix
Burrito shell
Lunch meat of your choice sliced very thin
Optional: Lettuce, cheese, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 packet of ranch dip mix. (I use a hand mixer to blend it all until smoothe)
Lay out your burrito shell
I use a spoon and add 1-2 scoops of mixture onto the shell. Then smoothe out across the shell using the back of your spoon.
Lay your meats out on the shell, leaving about 3 inches of space on one side (I like the hilshire farms lunchmeats. They are sliced very thin) You can also layer lettuce or thinly sliced cheeses during this step.
Roll up
Slice
Enjoy!
